Catching Up...

Right before I turned 29 I was thinking on a Sunday about the up coming event (my birthday) and I thought... wow I am turning 29. What have I been doing? I am going to be turning 30 next year and it is going to pass me by. Then a great idea popped into my head to embrace this year and come up with a list of 29 things I can do this year to help me: 1. enjoy life 2. keep track of life 3. embrace the fact that I will be 30 in one year and I am not sure how I am suppose to feel about it...I told this to Mom and she said she would like to see this list, so here you go Mom:) I will try to post a picture of each thing on the list once I have accomplished it.

In no particular order 29 things/wishes I want to do before I turn 30:

.Century Ride (100 miles in one day on my bike)
.Visit Mom & Dad on their mission
.Give Blood
.Visit Tiff, Shelly, Josh and Jeanne
.Go back to school and take some graphic design classes
.Go to the Manti temple with Isabel and Emma (they both have never been)
.Do the bike race called I RIDE CANYONS (all four major canyons in one day in SLC)
.Paint something
.Read all of Preach My Gospel
.Ride the Oregon Coast on my bike (380 miles in 5 days)
.Get Word Matrix out, start designing a fun free app
.S&R: website makeover and online shopping cart
.See a Broadway musical
.Go to NYC and see a Yankees game
.Date more
.Finish reading The E Myth and Awakening the Entrepreneur within books
.Buy a bike rack
.Go to a driving range(golf)
.Go camping
.Quit my DNA job (goal is to be making $ other places so I can)
.Plan a cruise
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

As you can see I still have a few more to fill out...so I am still thinking....

I'll post pictures of everyone I finish:)

I am back!

I am here today to recommit to my blog:) It has been way too long but I have always thought that there isn't much going on in my life and when something does happen I am with one of you (my family...since you are the only ones that read this-I hope). Anyway with that said here is the latest...I took a DNA test. I know I have already done this but this test is different. It was done through a company called 23andme and they give back ancestral results(which I already have) and medical genetic results. They test for certain genetic diseases and as research comes out they with share that with me and how it relates to my genes. Since most of you share my genes and or gave me my genes(mom and dad), I would be happy to share these results with you if you would like. They should be posting in the next week. The picture above is the kit and I had to spit like crazy to fill that tube up!
